nbHerbie
We met the Herbies today at Crick. Enjoyed a chat and being entertained by Granddaughter Grace. Then a call from the Galley Slave that the evening meal was ready. So goodbye for now and talk later, Bye.
Fitout Report.
Well we are onboard for a few days and will set out tomorrow to put some life into the boat. Batteries were low so we have been charging them today. The battery straps are still absent and the box in bits. Screwed some trim to the cabin sides over the bed. The webasto still smoking and shutting down.
John the joiner has done the doors for the under bed storage, completed the hull trims and fitted the front saloon cupboards. The side steps are now fitted. The wardrobe shelves and hanging rail.
Jobs still waiting are the inner side hatch windows, the stern door and hatch, Bedside lights and wardrobe wiring cover. Shower room towel shelves. refit floor carpet tiles. Radiator flow and return pipes seem to be connected wrong way round.

Fitout nearing completion.
I phoned the builders again today. John has been working on Jubilee again and is there this week. He will ring me on Wednesday and is hoping to complete the work this week. Maybe we can go cruising this weekend.
We are so looking forward to viewing the completed work. Keep your fingers crossed for us.

Joiner John
The joiner has made the doors for the under bed storage and for the cassette loo. Plenty of jobs still to be completed. Some of the beading on the hull has been fitted but needs varnish. The side hatch and stern door and hatch not done yet. I shall go down and make a full list again for CB Boats. Last August completion missed by months, we began the refit last March.

Greenwich History
A lovely walk along the Thames Path and under the Thames along Greenwich Foot Crossing. The whole area is under renovation at this time. The tunnel is also receiving care and attention.
Dingy racing along Cubitts Wharf and Ribs competing with Clippers. Something for everyone. A single Tug plying it's trade.
Not much to be seen of Cutty Sark behind the plastic sheeting. Gypsy Moth long departed from Greenwich, but now in good hands.
